Yields depend entirely on the quality of your starting material. As a guide: fresh-frozen biomass typically washes into bubble hash at around 3–6% of its starting weight. When that hash is pressed into live rosin, you can expect a return of roughly 60–90% of the hash weight. End to end, finished live rosin generally lands between 2–5% of your original fresh-frozen material. Premium, trichome-rich flower sits at the higher end of these ranges.
We process fresh-frozen material, cured flower, and trim, as well as existing hash for rosin pressing. Fresh-frozen, properly handled material consistently produces the cleanest, most flavourful results, but we'll assess and advise on whatever you bring to the lab.
Our extraction uses only ice, water, heat and pressure — no butane, propane or other chemical solvents. This preserves the full-spectrum cannabinoid and terpene profile of the original cultivar, delivering cleaner, more natural concentrates that showcase the true character of your plant.
